We offer the following services to assist you in planning your special day:

e The Dream Team Package f

Our team of Officiants perform over 1000 weddings each year just in South Central Ontario. Performing that many ceremonies allows us to "get to know" and work with most, if not all, the wedding professionals in our region. The experience of working with these professionals has qualified us to be capable to "put together" the perfect dream team for your wedding.

Here is what we offer:

v We work with you at an initial consultation to determine the style and feel for your wedding day

v We will then recommend the professionals that we believe will best reflect your style and personalities

v We will contact each one personally to confirm their availability for your day and have them pencil your date in their calendar

v We will supply you with all their contact information so you can begin the process of meeting each one

v The cost for this service is $250.00 plus GST

e The Day-of Personal Assistant Package f

The Day-of Personal Assistant package is a Wedding Day Coordination service that is provided for clients who have already chosen all vendors and services but require assistance with the final details, scheduling and execution of the event. This service ensures that your event runs smoothly while allowing you to enjoy your special day and spend time with your guests.

Here is what we offer:

v A meeting with the clients prior to the wedding day, to develop timeline and corresponding details

v Preparation of vendor contact list

v Preparation of rehearsal timeline and wedding day itinerary

v Rehearsal coordination; supervision and orchestration of activities

v Coordinator and an assistant will be at the ceremony, photo shoot  and reception

v Ensuring that the timeline is followed

v Management of members of the wedding party; ensuring that all roles and responsibilities are fulfilled, that boutonnieres are pinned and bouquets are distributed

v Prompting of the cake cutting

v Management and collection of wedding gifts

v Distributing of final payments from couple to vendors

v The cost of this package is $800.00 plus GST
